To be eligible for The EPS Graduate Program Scholarship in Public Administration, you must be in good standing with CSULA, be an graduate student, incoming or current CSULA student with a declared major in Public Administration and be enrolled full-time during the scholarship semesters, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. You must also be a registrered California resident and show demonstrated need, verified through the filing of a FAFSA application.
